Symptoms
A user cannot manage quality orders during creating production orders.
Resolution
The changes in the hotfix include moving the logic which creates quality orders before report as finished to ProdJournalCheckPostProd::checkprodTrans().

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
