Symptoms
Assume that you install hotfix 2553210 for InfoPath 2010. When you open a new form that contains query parameters in InfoPath 2010, the query parameters are lost. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:

Registry key information

After you install this hotfix package, you can follow these steps to disable this hotfix:

Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.

Locate and then select the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\InfoPath\Editor\

On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.

Type IgnoreQueryParametersOnOpenForm, and then press Enter.

In the Details pane, right-click IgnoreQueryParametersOnOpenForm, and then click Modify.

In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.

Exit Registry Editor.
