Recurring meeting isn't displayed in the calendar of a Lync Room System room

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You schedule a recurring Microsoft Lync meeting with a user in Microsoft Outlook.

  • The user accepts all meetings in the recurring meeting series.

  • You forward the meetings to a conference room that has Lync Room System deployed.

  • Lync Room System approves the meetings automatically.

In this scenario, the recurring meeting and the Join button are not displayed on the calendar of the conference room until you restart Lync Room System. Additionally, if you update the recurring meeting after Lync Room System approves it, the updated meeting will not be displayed on the calendar until you restart Lync Room System.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following update:
