Action





Browsing to a trunk's web site produces an error message in the browser: Request Error Forbidden Directory Listing denied Close the browser and try to Login again. Error Code: 403.14.





Result

Clients are unable to access the site.

Cause

The e-Gap/IAG ISAPI filter is not installed correctly in a trunk's web site, preventing IIS from rendering the page correctly.

Resolution



To correct the problem, the e-Gap/IAG must recreate the site, which reloads the ISAPI filter correctly. To do this, follow the following steps:


1) Open e-Gap/IAG Configuration.
2) Point the mouse to the affected trunk, Right-click on it and select disable.
3) Activate the e-Gap/IAG Configuration.
4) Re-enable the trunk by right-clicking on it and selecting enable.
5) Activate the e-Gap/IAG Configuration again.
