Response Group service crashes when you change the value in the dbo.Agents table in Skype for Business Server 2015


In a Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 environment, if you manually change a value in theĀ UserSid column in the dbo.Agents table of the rgsconfig database, the Skype for Business Server Response Group service (RGS) crashes.


ThisĀ problem occurs because the records in the RGS database table are corrupted when you manually change the UserSid value.


To fix this problem, install the following cumulative updates:
