When trying to post a return that was created from a cancelled contract during Contract billing (Transactions - Contract Admin. - Contract Billing), the return in Sales Order Processing, is giving me the error 'Returned Quantities are not completely distributed'. What could be causing this?
Verify that you have a 'Return Price Level' defined in Service Setup ( Setup - Project - Service Setup - Service).
