Symptoms
After you install Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 in a right-to-left language, such as AR-SA, you may experience the following two issues:

Words in the notifications are displayed in the wrong order. For example, a string that should read as "I went to the store." in left-to-right languages and ".store the to went I" in right-to-left languages is displayed as ".store I went to the."

The right-to-left languages are left aligned.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the July 10, 2018, security update for Skype for Business 2016 (KB4022221).
