Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

Prerequisites
To install this update, you must be running Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1). Additionally, you must have Software Update 1 for Forefront Unified Access Gateway 2010 Service Pack 1 installed.
