Scroll position is reset to zero incorrectly when the scroll bar is disabled in Internet Explorer 10

Symptoms

When you disable the scroll bar in Internet Explorer 10, the scroll position is reset to zero incorrectly.

Cause

This issue occurs because the scroll position is reset to 0,0 unexpectedly when the Ieframe!CWebBrowserOC::Draw() function is called.

To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.
