The default setting in Microsoft Office Picture Manager displays only picture file types. For example, a picture shortcut folder may contain a Microsoft Word document, but you will not see that file represented in the folder contents. You can change the default setting so that Picture Manager shows all file types.

  • On the View menu, click Show Pictures only.

If no check mark appears next to the command, Picture Manager will display all supported file types in a folder. If a check mark appears next to the command, Picture Manager will display only picture file types in a folder.
