When users try to find queries in Business Portal, some queries do not appear for all users.
Symptoms
To resolve this problem, move the queries in Business Portal to a shared folder. To do this, use one of the following methods, as appropriate for your situation.
Method 1: Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 with Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics 10.0

Start Business Portal as a user in the Business Portal Administrator role.

Click Site Actions, point to Site Settings, and then click Query organization under the Business Portal Administration section.

Expand the QueryPages folder.

Expand the folder that contains the query. For example, if the query is in the Sales Center page, expand the Sales folder.

Expand the personal folder.
Note The personal folder contains a list of domain users who created new queries or who modified existing queries. -
Expand the folder of the domain user who has the query that you want to move.

Click the query that you want to move, and then click Move to Folder.

In the Browse for Folder dialog box, click the folder where you want to move the query, and then click OK. For example, if you want all users to see the query, move the query to the shared folder.
Method 2: Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 with Business Portal 3.0

Start Business Portal as a user in the Business Portal Administrator role.

Click Site Settings, point to Portal Elements, and then click Organize Queries.

Expand the QueryPages folder.

Expand the folder that contains the query. For example, if the query is in the Sales Center page, expand the Sales folder.

Expand the personal folder.

Expand the folder of the domain user who has the query that you want to move.
