Symptoms
Assume that you install a Microsoft Lync 2013 for Android client on a phone, sign in to the client, and then answer an incoming call (either in Lync or in another application). In this situation, you notice that the speaker mode is activated.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
