In order to successfully run Revolution R Enterprise on MapR 4.0.2 you must download and deploy a patch from MapR.  That patch is mapr-patch-4.0.2.29870.GA-30600.  To obtain that patch, one simply needs to Contact MapR and ask for mapr-patch-4.0.2.29870.GA-30600.
