Join by phone:

+<654321>
Note When you create a meeting in Microsoft Lync 2010, the toll and toll-free numbers will be displayed as follows:
Toll-free number: +<123456>
Toll number: +<654321>
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the March 10, 2015 update for Lync 2013.
