Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You open a webpage in Internet Explorer 10 in Standard Mode on a computer that is running Windows 8.

The webpage runs an application that uses scripts to dynamically change the background color of the TR element on the click event.
In this scenario, the application does not always update the color. However, if you minimize and then restore the Internet Explorer 10 window, the application updates the color correctly.
Resolution
