SYMPTOMS
After you enter sales transaction line items, the line item sequence number that is assigned in the Extender window may not match the Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains line item sequence number.
CAUSE
The line item sequence number may not match if the Extender window uses the incorrect window option and key fields.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, select Line Scroll instead of Sales Transaction Entry in the Window field. The Line Item Sequence key field must come from the Line Scroll window. The SOP Number key field must come from the Sales Transaction Entry window.
To create an Extender window for sales order processing line items with the correct window option and key fields, follow these steps:

On the Tools menu, point to Extender , and then click Extender . |

Click Windows , and then click New . |

In the Window ID field, type an ID. |

In the Description field, type a description. |
|
5. |
In the Product field, click Great Plains . |
|

In the Series field, click Sales . |
|
7. |
In the Form field, click Sales Transaction Entry . |
|
8. |
In the Window field, click Line_Scroll . |
|
9. |
Expand Key Fields . |
|
10. |
In the View list, click Line Scroll . |
|
11. |
Click Line Item Sequence . |
|
12. |
Click Select . |
|

Expand Key Fields . |

In the View list, click Sales Transaction Entry . |

Click SOP Number . |
|

Click Select . |

In the Field box, type the information that you want to use for the sales line items. |
