Symptoms
Assume that you create payment journals by using the LedgerCustPaymJournalService web service in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. However, the payment journals cannot be posted.
Cause
This problem occurs because the LedgerCustPaymJournalService web service does not set the offset account. Therefore, the payment journal lines are unbalance and the payment journals cannot be posted.
Resolution

Workaround
To work around this problem, set the offset account manually for all payment journal lines that were created by using the LedgerCustPaymJournalService web service.
