When you start Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 or Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Utilities, the Server drop-down list is blank.

Symptoms

Cause 1: The ODBC data source is configured with the SQL Server driver.

Cause 2: The Windows operating system is an x64 operating system and the ODBC data source is configured with an x64 ODBC.

Resolution 1: Configure the ODBC data source using the SQL Native Client or the SQL Native Client 10.0 driver. Refer to the following KnowledgeBase Article for the steps to configure an ODBC data source:
