The setting for the "team call" feature is deleted after you sign in to Lync 2013

This issue occurs intermittently. When this issue occurs, users in a team-call group may not receive calls on behave of a team leader.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the April 14, 2015 update (KB2889923) for Microsoft Skype for Business.

Note Microsoft Lync 2013 will be upgraded to Skype for Business from April 2015.

More Information

This issue occurs because of timing issues when Lync 2013 reads policy settings from Lync Server 2013. Therefore, the team call setting is overwritten for some users.
