This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Russian (ru) region.

Introduction

This article describes that the Staff Accounting update for Russia is available to support changes on the title page of 4-FSS report in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

To comply with the requirements formulated in the order of Social Insurance Fund of Russian Federation № 304 from 20/07/2015, the following changes have been implemented:

- The number of insured women is calculated instead of the number of working women. An employee is considered as "insured" if the calculation of Social insurance contribution is activated for this employee, i.e. the related rate-reference value is "Yes" by the end of the reporting period;
- The total number of employees includes now the number of employees that are on maternity leave, additionally to the average number of employees.

To comply with the requirements formulated in the Letter of Social Insurance Fund of Russian Federation № 15-03-09/12-3065P from 30/10/2012, the amendments in the insurance seniority length calculation have been implemented (for the Russian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1 only).
