INTRODUCTION
This article describes that the Staff Accounting update is available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed. The new functionality covers the legislative requirements in the Pension fund reporting. This update supports changes in the existing Pension report (RSV-1) and adds a new personified report (SZV-6-4).
More Information
According to the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection No 239n from 28th December 2012, legislative requirements about the Pension fund report (RSV-1) were changed from the first quarter of 2013. To comply with the requirements, this update adds the following features:

A new printable format of the RSV-1 report is implemented in the Staff Accounting module.

A new electronic format of the RSV-1 report is implemented in the Electronic Reporting module
According to the statement of the Pension Fund of Russian Federation № 17p from 28th January 2013, legislative requirements about the personified reporting to pension fund were changed from the first quarter of 2013. To comply with the requirements, this update adds the following features:

A new report, SZV-6-4, is implemented in the Staff Accounting module. Both the printable and electronic formats of the SZV-6-4 report are implemented.

Changes are made in the seniority section of the SPV-1 report for both the printable and electronic formats.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
