Symptoms
If you are using a touch-capable device with Windows 7 and a built-in display, and you connect it to a secondary display using HDMI and then rotate the mobile display, the touch input may become inverted – so if you touch near the top of the display, it may register as if you had touched near the bottom.
Cause
Microsoft is aware of this issue with Windows 7.
Resolution
Running the touch calibration may resolve the issue. For instructions on running the touch calibration, see this page.
