Starting with Version 2005 (Build 12827.20268) and higher, the option to right click on selected text and select Translate is missing in Outlook for Microsoft 365.  The Translate button is also missing on the Ribbon.

The issue is fixed in Monthly Channel Version 2006 Build 13001.20266.  Follow these steps to manually update Office to apply the fix:

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Go to File, and then select Office Account.

  3. Under Product Information, choose Update Options > Update Now.

For more in formation on updating Office, go to Install Office updates
