INTRODUCTION
This article describes that an update is available for an exchange note payment summary by date for International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Turkey GLS layer installed. This update introduces a new inquiry form to view cumulative information about all open exchange notes by their due dates. Therefore, users can collect information that is required for cash flows.

In the Journal names form, set the Collectable/payable parameter to indicate that exchange notes that are posted in this journal should be taken for the summary exchange notes view.

In the exchange notes journal header, change the Collectable/payable parameter optionally.

Create exchange notes journal lines, and then post the journal.

Click Exchange notes, click Inquires, and then click Payment summary by date to view posted exchange notes in configured journals.
Note The functionality is available only when the Turkey country configuration key is enabled.
Prerequisites
You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 with the Turkey GLS layer installed to apply this hotfix.
Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.

The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
