The generation of this file is available in General ledger > Reports > Mexican reports > Electronic ledger accounting reports, and users must complete the following information to generate the related period 13.

  • Date: You can select 12-31-YYYY where YYYY is the specified calendar year to report. Once the date is confirmed, the process will generated the Trial Balance XML file for period 13.

  • The Closing transaction checkbox must be marked. Otherwise, the Trial Balance XML file will be generated for period 12.

Assumption: After the application of this hotfix, users must execute the closing year process, since the introduction of this new feature will allow users to identify and mark the retained earnings transactions to be reported into the trial balance XML file under period 13. Otherwise, users must reverse the transactions of closing year process, apply the related hotfix and execute again the end year close process.
