If you are trying to update to the Windows 10 May 2019 Feature Update (Windows 10, version 1903) or the Windows 10 October 2018 Feature Update (Windows 10, version 1809), you may encounter an update compatibility hold and receive the message, "XSlate: Your PC isn't supported yet on this version of Windows 10. No action is needed. Windows Update will offer this version of Windows 10 automatically once the issue has been resolved."

Cause

Zebra and Microsoft have found incompatibility issues with Windows 10, version 1903 or Windows 10, version 1809 and the Zebra XSLATE B10 tablets.  In some circumstances, touch may stop working on the devices after restarting the device.  For more information, see the Zebra support article.

To safeguard your update experience, we have applied a compatibility hold on these devices from installing or being offered Windows 10, version 1903 or Windows 10, version 1809.

Next steps

This issue was resolved and the safeguard hold has been removed as of November 14, 2019. Please note, if there are no other safeguards that affect your device, it can take up to 48 hours before the update to a later version of Windows 10 is offered.
