If you are using OneNote 2013 or 2016, you can insert pre-made templates into your Class Notebook pages or customize your own to create lessons and assignments or structure student notes!
Note: Applying templates is not currently supported in OneNote for Windows 10 or OneNote for web.
Insert page templates
Open OneNote 2016 or 2013 and navigate to the blank page where you want to add a template. Select Insert > Page Templates to browse your options.
Create custom lesson and assignment templates
To customize or create a template, follow these instructions: Create or customize page templates. Once you save a template you’ve created, you’ll be able to use it for other lessons and assignments.
