Symptoms

Although the Reminder value of a meeting is set to None, users receive reminders for 15 minutes. This error occurs even though the StoreDriver.config file has the AlwaysSetReminderOnAppointment value set to False. 

Resolution 

To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 13 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
