If there are errors syncing course information from Teams to Schoology, consult this page by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to your course.
2. Scroll down to Teams Assignments in the primary menu.
A list of all linked assignments between Teams for Education and Schoology will appear. Here you will be able to observe the name, due date, sync status, and date of the last sync.
Sync status
You will see one of three statuses:

Synced: The assignment is correctly integrated with your Teams app.

Not Synced: The connection between Teams and Schoology is broken. This means that data you enter in Teams is not being carried over to Schoology. You may need to see the guidance of your IT administrator to resolve this issue.

Error: There was an error syncing updates for your assignment. Check the assignment and try again. You may need to seek support from your IT Administrator.
