The DNS servers could not be reached. Check these possible options:

verify that the DNS Servers settings match the settings that your Internet service provider (ISP) gave you. -
If your Xbox console is connected to a router, verify that the
DNS Servers settings are set to automatic.

To resolve this issue, use the following methods:
Note Typically, the media access control (MAC) address spoofing method fixes this issue. Therefore, use Method 1 and 2 in the order that they appear.
Method 1: MAC address spoofing
Personal Computer
To perform MAC address spoofing on a personal computer:

Click Start, click Run, type cmd in the Open box, and then click OK.
Note You must perform steps 1 through 3 with your modem connected to your computer and while your computer is online. To verify that you are online, visit the following website: -
Type ipconfig/all.
Note If the ipconfig/all command does not work, you can also use the winipcfg command. -
Your computer's MAC Address is listed under Physical Address. Enter this information in the Xbox console.
Note Do not use any address that begins with the digits "44." -
Turn off the Xbox console, and then turn it back on.

On the Connect Status screen, select Settings, and then press the A button.

Select Advanced, and then press the A button.

Select MAC Address.

Type the information under Physical Address.
Do not include the dashes (-).
Macintosh
To find your Ethernet address on an Apple Macintosh computer:
Note You may have to adapt the following instructions depending on the operating system version installed on your Macintosh computer.

On the Apple menu, point to Control Panel, and then click TCP/IP.

On the Edit menu, click User Mode.

Select the Advanced option, and then click OK.

Click the Info button on the TCP/IP Control Panel. The hardware (MAC) address for your computer is the number that is listed under Hardware Address.
If your computer is running an operating system other than Apple OSX or Microsoft Windows, contact your computer manufacturer to find out how to obtain the MAC address.
Method 2: Turn the modem off and on
After you perform MAC Address spoofing, turn the modem off and on:

Turn off your modem (with the Xbox console connected), wait three minutes, and then turn it back on. Most modems do not have an On/Off switch. If this is the case, you must unplug the power supply to the modem to turn it off, and then plug it back in to turn it on.

Try to connect again.
