Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a computer that is running Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2.

The computer does not support TCP/IP-offload capabilities.
-
You configure the computer as a Wi-Fi hot spot.
-
You use a device to connect to an FTP server through the Wi-Fi hot spot.
In this scenario, you cannot connect to the FTP server.
Cause
This issue occurs because of a TCP checksum computation issue in a system driver.
Resolution
Update information
