Symptoms
Lync or Skype for Business clients cannot rejoin the audio part of a Microsoft Lync Server 2013 conference after they are recovered from a network interruption that lasts for more than 25 seconds.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the January 2017 cumulative update 5.0.8308.984 for Lync Server 2013, Conferencing Server.
