Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta 3.0 is now part of Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0. All references to Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta and Microsoft Axapta pertain to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Symptoms
When you install Microsoft Business Solutions - FRx 6.5 on a Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer or a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer, you may receive the following run-time error message:
Run-time error 339: Component CSTEXT32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
The error message may also reference the Cscmd32.ocx file.

Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft FRx 6.5 Service Pack 6.5.184.
