If you have the Visio Plan 2 subscription
You may install and use licensed copies of Visio on:
- Dedicated hardware Physical servers maintained and used only by your organization, as long as the server hardware isn't provided by a service from Alibaba, Amazon, or Google. Multi-tenancy isn't allowed.
- Azure Either dedicated hardware or on multi-tenant architecture.

If you have a perpetual version of Visio
You may install and use licensed copies of Visio on:
- Dedicated hardware Physical servers maintained and used only by your organization, as long as the server hardware isn't provided by a service from Alibaba, Amazon, or Google.
- A multi-tenant host The host must have a Services Provider Licensing Agreement with Microsoft. An SPLA provides the license rights to host specific Microsoft products.
