I’m going to walk you through a few steps to uninstall and reinstall your display driver.

  1. Select Start, type device manager, and select Device Manager from the results.

  2. Expand the Display adapters section, and right-click on your display adapter. Select Uninstall device.

  3. Check the box next to Delete the driver software for this device and select Uninstall.

  4. You may be asked to restart your computer at this stage. Make sure to write down the remaining instructions before you restart.

  5. Open Device Manager again.

  6. Expand the Display adapters section, and right-click on your display adapter. Select Update Driver.

  7. Select Search automatically for update driver software and follow remaining installation instructions.
