Use a Pegasus braille display with Narrator

Narrator supports the following Pegasus braille displays in the Windows 10 Creators Update. To learn more about braille in Narrator, see Chapter 8: Using braille with Narrator.

Supported Pegasus braille displays

All Models

Use the following commands with Narrator when using all Pegasus models.

Secondary action

  • Left Control + Escape

  • Left Shift + Enter

Show context menu

  • Left Shift + Left

  • Left Shift + Home

Pan braille right

  • Right

  • Down

Braille previous

  • Up

  • Enter

Select navigation mode

  • Left Control + End

Start text selection at specified character

  • Right Shift + Home, Routing Key

End text selection and copy to clipboard

  • Right Shift + End, Routing Key

Paste from clipboard at cursor point

  • Right Shift + Right
