Which Magnifier view is the best for Calendar?
You can use Magnifier in three different views: full screen, lens, or docked.
-
Full screen view magnifies the entire screen. You won’t be able to see the whole screen at the same time, but you’ll see parts of it as you move around.
-
Lens view is like moving a magnifying glass around the screen. The lens view is best when you need to temporarily magnify only a small part of the interface such as the month picker in the Calendar sidebar.
-
Docked view has Magnifier work in a separate docking area anchored to the edge of your screen. As you move around the screen, parts of the screen are magnified in the docking area, even though the main part of the screen is unchanged. The docked view gives you the best unobstructed view of the whole calendar while still allowing you to read long text lines or to review an entire week of your calendar in Magnifier.
By default, Magnifier starts in full screen view.

The navigation pane is displayed on the left side of the screen. From here you can create a new calendar event, access a different calendar, your account info, and app settings, or switch to Mail. To move in the navigation pane using keyboard only, press the Tab key, Shift + Tab, or the Up or Down arrow keys.
Tip: If you need more space for viewing and working with other regions in Calendar, you can minimize the navigation pane. For instructions, refer to Expand or collapse the navigation pane.
-
The calendar view on the right side of the navigation pane contains a table of days and their events in either a day, week, month, or year. To browse the days or events in the calendar using keyboard only, press the Arrow keys. Consider using the full view when browsing the calendar view.
