Change the display name recipients see in Outlook for Mac

Your email recipients may be seeing only part of your name, such as your first name.

The display might show only part of your name if you didn't type your full name when you first set up your email account. Regardless, you can easily make the change to ensure that Outlook will display your full name. Take these steps: 

1. Go to Tools > Accounts
2. Select the account that you want to update.
3. Under Personal Information, you can update your Full Name, which will now be displayed to recipients when they view your emails.
