Symptoms
Assume that you use the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 with Cumulative Update 5 (CU5) or CU6. When you rename BizTalk groups, a complete group rename may not occur. This is because the startup process for the service may still use the old group name and the BizTalkGroupName (32-bit and 64-bit) registry entry may not be updated on the BizTalk group server nodes. Additionally, you may notice that the new
properties of the SFTP adapter are not reflected in BizTalk.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
