Síntomas
Después de migrar usuarios de Microsoft Exchange local a Exchange Online, no podrán ver la información de disponibilidad. Puede comprobar que están experimentando el problema ejecutando el siguiente cmdlet:
Get-organizationrelationship "name of org relationship of cloud to on-prem" | test-organizationrelationship -useridentity John@contoso.com
El resultado es similar al siguiente:

Este problema se produce si no puede establecer el parámetro ForceChangePassword en false en la plataforma de autenticación en la nube.
Solución
Para corregir este problema, ejecute el siguiente cmdlet:
Set-MsolUserPassword -UserPrincipalName John@contoso.com -ForceChangePassword $false
