Sümptomid
Microsoft Outlooki klientidel kasutada MAPI HTTP kaudu ühendust Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 postkastide aeg-ajalt lahti. Näiteks vahemälurežiimi kasutajatele teade katkestatud Outlooki olekuribal kuvatud. Samuti ühendusega režiimi kasutajad saada järgmise tõrketeate, kui püüate käivitada Outlook:
Microsoft Outlooki ei saa käivitada. Ei saa avada Outlooki akna. Kaustade komplekti ei saanud avada. Te peate loo ühendust Microsoft Exchange'iga praeguse profiili enne oma kaustade sünkroonimist Outlooki andmefaili (.ost).

Põhjus
See probleem ilmneb siis, kui rakendusekaust MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool või MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool tekib käsitlematu erand.
Lahendus
Selle probleemi lahendamiseks installige Exchange Server 2013 kumulatiivne Update 11 .
