Symptoms

Assume that you execute a columnstore index query in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or 2016. When the query consumes lots of memory and current committed memory is larger than the "max server memory" setting, a low physical memory condition occurs, and the memory that is assigned to SQL Server is paged out.
