Symptoms

When you try to share the notebooks that are listed on the File > Info submenu in Microsoft OneNote 2013 by using a Work or School account, you receive the following error message: 

That email address does not exist.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the November 7, 2017, update for OneNote 2013 (KB4011075).
