Symptoms
Assume that you use Transactional Replication in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or 2017 environment. When you try to create a pull subscription on a database that's part of an Always On Availability Group (AG), and your subscriber server is on build SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 2 (SP2) Cumulative Update 3 (CU3) or later, you will notice that the pull subscription isn't created. Additionally, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
The specified table ('MSrepl_agent_jobs') does not exist.
Changed database context to '<SubscriberDB>'. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 14262)
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

The issue is fixed in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server:
