Is GroupMe lagging or freezing?

Make sure you're using the latest version of GroupMe. You can download the latest version from the following:

• The Google Play store.
• The Apple App store.
• The Microsoft Store.

If you are on Mac or Linux, you can use the web version of GroupMe.

Is GroupMe not working as expected?

• Try logging out and back into the app.
• Check the app settings from the main menu. Make sure your preferences for Message Delivery, Notifications & Contacts have not been reset during a recent update.

Is GroupMe crashing on your mobile device?

• Try closing and restarting the app.
• Try restarting your phone.
• Try reinstalling GroupMe.
