Every time you enter payment info on a website, Microsoft Edge will ask you if you want to save the card. Once payment info like credit and debit card numbers are securely stored in the browser, you don’t have to remember and enter this info each time you buy something online.

Select Settings and more > Settings > Profiles > Payment info.

Turn on Save and fill payment info. The setting is on when it has a blue background, and it's off when the background is white.
You can also save how you filled out your name, address, and other info in web forms, which makes filling similar forms in the future quicker and easier.
