Symptoms
You configure your connection string within Microsoft Biztalk Adapter for DB2 to use Kerberos to securely connect to a DB2 database on z/OS. When you run the application, it fails, and you receive the following error message:
Could not connect to data source 'Datasource':
An error occured validating the server token: The token supplied to the function is invalid

The Microsoft DRDA Application Requester runtime library is updated in this update to support the DRDA ACCSEC (Access Security) and SECCHK (Security Check) protocol code points by using Kerberos security authentication when you connect to IBM DB2 for z/OS.
