Gejala
Saat banyak klien yang menyambung ke Microsoft BitLocker administrasi dan pemantauan 2.5 pemulihan database, SQL kemogokan akan terjadi dalam database. Oleh karena itu, kunci tidak dapat dipulihkan dari Meja bantuan Portal atau Portal layanan sendiri. Klien baru menerima galat saat berusaha untuk mengenkripsi sebagai layanan MBAM menjadi tidak terjangkau. Hal ini menyebabkan timeout dan kesalahan lainnya.
Selain itu, galat berikut ini muncul di log jejak svc MBAM c:\inetpub\Microsoft BitLocker manajemen Solution\Logs\Recovery dan perangkat keras Service\ * .svclogs:
Transaksi (proses ID 63) buntu pada sumber daya kunci dengan proses lainnya dan telah dipilih sebagai korban kemogokan. Jalankan kembali transaksi. Transaksi uncommittable terdeteksi di akhir batch. Transaksi dibatalkan.
Pemecahan masalah
Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pembaruan disimpan prosedur yang berkaitan dengan MBAM pemulihan database. Untuk melakukannya, jalankan skrip Transact-SQL berikut ini:
