Sintomi
Quando si esegue Sysprep.exe su Microsoft Surface Pro 3, venga visualizzato i messaggi di errore seguente:
Sysprep was not able to validate your Windows installation. Review the log file at %windir%\system32\Sysprep\panther\setupact.log for details. After resolving the issue use Sysprep to validate your installation again.
Reviewing the setupact.log may show the following errors:

Nota: Questo problema può verificarsi in qualsiasi sistema che supporta connesso standby.
Causa
Questo problema si verifica perché Windows viene avviato automaticamente la crittografia delle unità mediante BitLocker su computer basati su Windows 8.1 che supportano InstantGo (connesso standby).
Risoluzione
Per risolvere questo problema, nel prompt dei comandi come amministratore, eseguire il comando seguente:

Il comando potrebbe richiedere alcuni minuti per decrittografare completamente l'unità. È possibile eseguire manage-bde-status command per controllare l'avanzamento.

Una volta completata la decrittografia completa, è possibile eseguire nuovamente Sysprep.exe.

Per evitare questo problema durante l'installazione iniziale di Windows, impostare il valore di PreventDeviceEncryption su True nel file Unattend. XML durante la fase di out-of-body guidata per creare l'immagine di riferimento. Per ulteriori informazioni, vedere la PreventDeviceEncryption.
