Sintomi

Quando molti client di connettersi ai database di ripristino BitLocker Microsoft per l'amministrazione e monitoraggio 2.5, possono verificarsi deadlock SQL nel database. Di conseguenza, le chiavi non possono essere recuperate dal portale di Helpdesk o Self Service Portal. Nuovo client ricevono errori quando si tenta di crittografare il servizio MBAM diventa non raggiungibile. In questo modo, timeout e altri errori.Inoltre, i seguenti errori si verificano nei registri traccia svc MBAM in c:\inetpub\Microsoft Solution\Logs\Recovery di gestione di BitLocker e Hardware Service\ * .svclogs:

Transazione (processo ID 63) delle risorse di blocco con un altro processo, è stata bloccata ed è stato scelto come vittima del deadlock. Ripetere la transazione.  Transazione uncommittable è rilevato al termine del batch. Viene eseguito il rollback della transazione.

Risoluzione

Per risolvere il problema, aggiornare le stored procedure associate al database di ripristino MBAM. A tale scopo, eseguire gli script Transact-SQL seguenti:
